Why does everyone always want to do phone calls? What’s wrong with IM and e-mail, people??Tone. When someone write’s “WTF” in an IM, are they:

- bored?
- curious?
- being sarcastic or ironic?
- excited?
And meaning. I build relationships through phone calls and meetings. I transer information through IMs and email.
